Brouillon — en attente de révision juridique
Ce document est un brouillon de travail fourni à des fins de transparence. Il n'est PAS encore juridiquement contraignant et sera remplacé par des conditions révisées par un conseil juridique.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bluri platform and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who provides the Service
The Service is operated by the Bluri group through its Andorran operating entity and its Spanish operating entity (together, the “Company”, “we”, “us”). The contracting entity is the one indicated at sign-up or on your invoice based on your country and the brand you access. The legal names, registration numbers and registered addresses of each entity will be stated here on completion of legal review.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication where offered.
- Accountancy firms are responsible for the client accounts they create and for the lawful basis to process their clients’ data.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Subscription, billing and trial
- The Service is pay-as-you-go: there is no tier to choose. You pay for metered usage above a low monthly platform minimum, after a free trial. Pricing in force is shown at sign-up and in your billing settings.
- Fees are billed in arrears for usage plus the applicable platform minimum, exclusive of indirect taxes (IGI / IVA / TVA) which are added where due.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where applicable, are unaffected.
- Late or failed payment may lead to suspension after notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
- upload malware, attempt to breach security, or probe the Service without authorisation;
- reverse engineer, resell or build a competing service from the Service;
- use the Service to process data you have no lawful basis to process.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service (including AI document processing, accounting and compliance features) and as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Content and do not use it to train third-party foundation models.
6. AI-assisted processing
The Service uses AI to extract and classify document data. AI output may contain errors and is provided for your review — it does not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on or filing them.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material adverse changes.
8. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach after notice and a reasonable cure period where appropriate. On termination you may export Your Content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted per our retention schedule.
10. Governing law
Depending on your contracting entity, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra or of the Kingdom of Spain, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
